corsair obsidian 650d / ticket 6005595

i am opening this new topic to express my poor experience of my last ticket to Corsair regarding my 650d's hot swap bay which died on 4/16/2013 .

that day i opened an rma case and from then i had hear lot of excuses and answers about my problem

 

1.we do not have the part available so we need from you to send us the receipt in order to get a replacement case

I send the receipt but nothing.

2.after a call from skype they said they are really sorry but they don't know what and when it will be sent.

3.talked with George Makris and finally got a response from the guys in CS about my case which was

Currently, we do not have a replacement Sata Hot Swap for the 650D. When we have more, we will have one issued to you.

it passed almost a month and nothing arrived and my work system is dysfunctional.

 

i call them again for 8th time in two weeks and a woman said that the part is on the ship!!!!! :D::D::D::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

what ship ?

are you kidding me ?

hello,

is there any update about my case ?

next week i will have almost a month without the hot-swap bay which i need it for my work..

if there is any further update please inform me in order to search and buy another case (not corsair) as i am not satisfied from the support you are providing me for this issue i have on my obsidian case .

i don't know why you don't have available the part but i want my case to be functional as i purchased it..

for me it is not the ideal solution to sell it and buy another case from another manufacturer but is the least i can do in order to do my job as i want to do .

my patience is almost over.

please respond to this message as soon as possible because the situation is critical for my preference to your company.

ps. @ global forums i see very good comments about your support as i had to tell from previous issues and lately i noticed some bad too about delay etc as in my case.

at this point , for a customer who has purchased so many parts of your company this thing that is happening is the less disappointing .

and from my experience also i could say the best for the support you provided me since last time,

but for the records

i am very tired of corsair rma .. dis-functional products always like

h100/h100i faulty pumps about 6 times

psu gs600(problematic fan)

cx 430 (problematic fan)

hx750 (problematic fan )

and the last rma on my ax850 (coil-whine) straight to the store where purchased

 

 

OF COURSE FROM THE 5/8/2013 I HAVE NO ANSWER FROM THE CS...

 

IS IT A REASON TO DO NOT BUY A CORSAIR PRODUCT AGAIN ?

 

 

Ram-guy a help it would be much appreciated in order to find a solution in my issue.
