Graphite 600T fan controller problem - Please Corsair help!

Hello,

I registered here because I have a fan controller problem with a Graphite 600T case. I created a ticket (#6018228) at the Customer Service and Technical Support Center but no answer yet. I created the ticket on May 14.

My description of the problem: ''All three fans (front, back, top) stopped functioning simultaneously. Please advise. Probable fan controller problem.Purchased August 23 2011.''

Since then I have connected all three fans to the motherboard and they are working fine (but loudly). So I am certain the fan controller is dead.

Please somebody from Corsair respond to this asap. Thank you.

I have put the correct part number in your ticket and closed the other ticket and sent it to be processed by pour parts department. They will send an email once the order has been processed for shipment.

Thanks again. I was asked through a comment by Henry TS to attach the original invoice to the ticket and I just did that. Is he going to see that soon?

I posted the fan controller today. The case is now stripped of all plastic parts and the side panels because I need to have access to the on button of the motherboard (since the on button of the case is in the same module with the fan controller).

The noise is really loud :[pouts: because the case is open from all sides and I hope I get the replacement part soon. On the positive side I had the chance to blow the dust off the insides of the pc and I can still use it even without the case power button

But still there has to be an easier way to do this!
