i got a H80i about 2 weeks ago installed it and i was getting 24c-26c idle and 38c-40c full load but i was getting a buzzing sound, so yesterday i installed corsair link 2 and updated to the latest firmware and ever since my temps have been 30c-34c idle and 67c-70c full load is anyone else having this problem and does any one know how to fix it????

the blue LED stoped working too :(:

im using a I7-3770K @ 4.1MHz and voltage @ 1.128V

the temps drop down to normal pretty fast after removing the load im using intelburntest to create the load and i also tryed prime 95 and got same temps

nope...pump MIGHT of failed some specs would be nice like type of processor...speed of processor...voltage of processor...how your doing the load...etc...also...does the temp of processor drop back to normal(ish) after about a minute of dropping the load? that would help tell if its the pump thats hot or if its the processor

Units that have worked at one time and then change are not going to be fixed by a FW update. The only thing you can do is RMA it.

i seem to have fixed it by uninstalled Corsair Link2 my temps have gone down to how they used to be which seems a bit weird but at least its ok now.

the only problem i have is that my blue LED isn't working when i used corsair link to turn the blue led up it would just flash on for a second then go back off every time i adjusted the bar

ok voltage is good...seems as though pump is working...i think its reporting glitching...i dont know how uninstalling link can drop your temps that much

and the only way it can drop them as far as i know is by turning the fan speed down which i still dont know if that would increase it by over 15C
