xmanrigger Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 My AX1200 died last month. I requested an RMA for it and a support ticket was made. I had tried logging into it at Corsair's site, but it said ticket didnt exist. I have been busy with work and other things and have just got back around to dealing with it, I cant remember where I went to request the RMA. Cant find it in the Support section. Best to call them by phone and CS would be happy to give you an update or assit you.But the link on the left is what you should have used.
