Power man
My power supply seems to be unstable so I want an RMA. I don't know how much it will cost since I live in canada. Will corsair pay for the mailing back to me, because there is nothing saying that they won't. I do not want to pay 100$ for rma because that would be almost as much as a new power supply. When I bought the power supply from corsair one of the reasons was because it had 5 year warranty. But it is so expensive. Thanks.
wytnyt
you pay to send the old one back to corsair and corsair pays to send you a replacement which is the standard practice of businesses .
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 19, 2013 Administrators Share Posted May 19, 2013 http://www.corsair.com/support/warranty/ You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. If shipping is a concern I'd recommend contacting customer service (call the 1-888 number via skype and it'll be a free call) http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/
