rma problem

hi!!

in first sorry for my english.

i bought a ax 850 in 2011 and shutdown 3 weeks before.

I got an RMA ticket to replace my ax850 psu. This is from 3 weeks and i take 2 tickets more since monday but no answers what's the best way to have an answer?

i'm disapointed.

Thx for your answer, i ve just take a look and 3 weeks before it was a ticket but for msi :-(

i d make a mistake in fact in my head i sent a ticket for you but in fact i sent the ticket for us in first i was thinking that the problem comes from my mainboard but in fact it was my psu ax 850.

I m happy for your answer, very happppppy!!!

I dont understand your question but there is nothing to pay to get something replaced under warranty. However, if you select an express RMA we will put a hold on your credit card for the price of the PSU and send the replacement before you send the failing unit then release the hold when the failed unit is received back.
