I have called corsair customer service two days ago. The representative that spoke to me told me that they will send me a shipping confirmation to my email. It was been two business days and I haven't received a shipping confirmation for the obsidian 800d power button. How long does it usually take to get a confirmation email regarding the shipment of the button?
