*sigh* My Attitude.. (note the spelling)


1. Just so you know I am generally a pretty happy and nice guy; my "attitude", in this matter, is directly reflected by the level of service I have received from a company for which I used to have respect for.


2. The new software and firmware does not address my problem.. the problem persists...

What version did you install you posted this on an older version of the software, please try the latest version we just posted this morning and see iof that will address some of your concerns. If not please I know you may be frustrated but we will need to know more specifics and break them down to one issue at a time
