Status of purchased item?

I bought an item on Saturday 5/11/13 (Order#100036759). I received an email stating that another email will be sent to me with a tracking link. I have yet to receive that email. I have tried to call a couple of times but was unable to get someone on the phone. I've also tried to send an email to Customer Service but I've only received error messages. Can you please help? Thanks.

I am sorry but I would suggest calling our customer service and I have sent them a message for you but still keep calling them the number is listed under contact on the main site
