NaughtyName
So, my 5 month old HX850 (the 80+ Gold one) (only spent 3 of those months in use in a PC) crapped out after attempting to boot up, with a loud pop, and a slight burning smell coming from the back of the it. Created a ticket, sent it to Corsair and it arrived and all that jazz. So, I just want to check the status of my RMA, but I have no idea where or how. So, I'm just hoping that I can get a hand and stuff. My RMA number is 6012218. Thanks!
LilTECH
Change your username, (aka open a new a new account cuz thats the only way). We don't allow cussing on fourms, and we all know you are a kid by the way you talk. You can check it at corsairforce.com or you can call Corsair directly. Well, this is actually an account that a friend created for me, and he tends to name his accounts stupid things like this. You should see his email, facebook, Steam and Origin account. Also, congratulations, you realized that I am a kid, or to be more exact, 16. There is nothing wrong with being underage, stop acting like it is. Also, if you want me to change the way I talk, why not come over to where I live (Toronto, Canada) and teach me some more academic language. Now, to the main point of your reply. I looked at corsairforce.com and I don't see anyway to check the RMA status, other than creating a ticket, and with my luck, it will take them 3 days to reply. I wanted to call Corsair, but all I see is Corporate Headquarters phone number. So, should I attempt to call that number.
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 16, 2013 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2013 SI just want to check the status of my RMA, but I have no idea where or how. So, I'm just hoping that I can get a hand and stuff. My RMA number is 6012218. Thanks! It looks like you've responded to the ticket as well. It looks like we have not yet received your PSU. Also, your forum account name violated the rules and as such it was changed. Please PM me if you'd like it changed to something else. Yes, the corporate number is the correct number to contact support. If you call via Skype it'll be a free call from outside of the USA.

I just checked my package using my tracking number and it said that it had already arrived at the destination on May 13th. I have no idea what's going on. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 16, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 16, 2013 I would suggest calling our customer service and provide them with your POD they can have our RMA search for your package. However, please keep in mind if you sent it like by Canada Post they will show it as delivered when it hit US Customs but it may not have been delivered to us yet. Alright, I'll call when I get home today. Though, when I tracked my PSU, it showed it as arrived at US Customs and then Delivered at Destination. Maybe Canada Post is just really weird. Went to the local Canada Post and they confirmed that it arrived at the destination, so I have no idea what happened.
