rma 6010959

hi. i arranged for this to picked up by ups which it was. i tracked it and it was signed for so it got there. the tracking now says returned to shipper???? can you shed any light on this as to what is happening as to me it sounds like it was refused and returned to me

i have spoken to ups and they say it was deliverd ok and signed for by someone called barry at the managers office in holland. this was on the 10th of may. it's not 7 days later and i have heard nothing more. has my replacement been shipped to me? i have no tracking number for it.thanks

Please contact our customer service phone; call the toll free number listed under 888-222-4346 and provide them the POD and they can look into this for you. I would call tomorrow after 7:30 AM Pacific Time and I am sure they will take care of you.

I will send them a message for you but I am sorry that is all I can do.

new problem, i took it out the packet and tried to format it to ntfs and now it's got the same problem, won't format and not recognised. windows just keeps saying this drove needs formatting but it won't format. this is what the other new drive did

Can you try it with another system and just use the default format with SD-format V 3.1 and see if it will format the drive. I have asked our customer service to arrange another RMA at our expense ASAP.

NP I have ran into that on several flash drives not only ours and I cant seem to put the blame on any one thing but that SD Format tool seems to always work for me. Please let me know if it happens again.
