Vague Posted May 15, 2013 Share Posted May 15, 2013 Hi there, just installed my h80i and everything seems to be fine. the LED light is on and so are the fan but it doesn't show up on Corsair link. http://i.imgur.com/qepFoZO.png Made a support tickets but i haven't has anything back from the techsupport so i thought the best place to ask people would be here. Do you have the USB cable connected to the MB that connects to the H80i? If so try the other USB Port. And make sure that you have the USB drivers installed for your MB. I went on Device Manager and the name of the "unknown Device" is called "Intergraded USB Bridge" here is a screen shot http://i.imgur.com/J155aeB.png I also followed instructions from these forum posts. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=113981 and the second answer to this thread http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=118373 My Corsair Logo is purple and i am 100% sure that it's meant to be white, does this mean anything?
