H80i problems "Corsair link"

Hi there, just installed my h80i and everything seems to be fine. the LED light is on and so are the fan but it doesn't show up on Corsair link. http://i.imgur.com/qepFoZO.png

 

Made a support tickets but i haven't has anything back from the techsupport so i thought the best place to ask people would be here.

 

Never done any sort of water cooling before so i am a noobie :P

Please go to Options under devices and expand any Corsair Devices and post a screen shot. Do you have the USB cable connected to the MB that connects to the H80i? If so try the other USB Port. And make sure that you have the USB drivers installed for your MB. And check in device manager and see if anything is listed as Unknown or with a ? in front of it.

Yes i do have the usb connected. I went on Device Manager and the name of the "unknown Device" is called "Intergraded USB Bridge" here is a screen shot http://i.imgur.com/J155aeB.png

 

I also followed instructions from these forum posts. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=113981 and the second answer to this thread http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=118373

 

My Corsair Logo is purple and i am 100% sure that it's meant to be white, does this mean anything?

I would uninstall the C-Link Software and the Corsair USB driver then restart the system, then down load the install file to your HDD and right click on the Install File and run it as an administrator and try and reinstall it

Tried that and it still isn't working. Anymore ideas on what i should do?

I would need the case number please.
There are four codes unless i am looking at the wrong thing. Do you want them all? Btw never RMA's something so sorry for the lack of knowledge, but i guess i will give you them all "sorry" Top code is "12079433" right side code "299013079433" left side code "QTY:1" and bottom code is "4359102510"
