Patchey
Hello Corsair. I have owned one of your headsets for approximately 3 months now and they have been great, probably the best headset I've had yet, but within the first month of owning the headset, i had to start messing about with the charge wire to get it in the correct position for it to charge, and another month down the line its completely stopped charging. At first i thought it could be that my headset needed updating, so i downloaded 2.0.7 and it hasn't worked, i then proceeded to get another mini-USB charger, specifically a Samsung charger, and it still didn't work, even with it plugged into the wall. I also tried putting it on my computer as a USB on its own in-case the power it needed to charge was being taken by all my other USB's. but after all that, my headset wouldn't charge, so I've come to the assumption that the bit which i insert the charger in, is in fact whats broken. So is it possible to get a RMA replacement for my headset, because by the looks of it, its not salvageable and wont work any time soon. Hope to see your reply soon. Jimmy. Toasted
What happens when you plug the charger cable in? Does it go to the solid light then flashing? If there is nothing lightning up, Request an RMA to replace the headset.

Toasted
You'll need to call Customer service to request an Advanced RMA. You can call them using Skype and their toll-free number.
