Vengence 1500 conflict with MB Audio Software

Recently upgraded MB with audio software to switch easily between speakers & headset.

Since buying Corsair Vengence 1500 headset there is a conflict.

I have to manually unplug and replug the headset everytime l switch from speakers to headset for it to be recognised.

I am not sure if it is a conflict between the Corsair Headset drivers/software and the onboard MB software or otherwise.

The onboard software is Envy HD Audio 10.9.00.30/Codec version:VT2021/Driver version:6.0.1.10800/DX11

The corsair driver is v:1.1 downloaded from Corsair Vengence 1500 page.

Please advise. Thanks.

Are you having issues switching from speakers to headset, or vice versa? Does this issue occur without the software and using playback devices within Windows? Also, what is configured to be your default device?
