Order #100036539‏ - Missing Item

Hi,

 

I ordered on the Corsair Webstore 4 SP120 PWM QE and 1 K70 Anodized Black (French Key Layout) on the 3rd of May.

 

I received my order #100036539 a week ago, however the shipment was incomplete, the "Vengeance K70 Gaming Keyboard - Anodized Black French Key Layout" I had ordered wasn't in the box.

 

I'm guessing it has been shipped separately from a different warehouse but I haven't received any mail or information about this and I'm a little worried.

 

I have already sent an email to the CS (rmaservice@corsair.com) but I haven't received any response from them in a week.

 

I would really appreciate if someone from Corsair could tell me where is my keyboard and when I will receive it.

Thanks for the answer.

 

I have the same issue with my order #100036728 : 2 dualpack of fans and 1 PSU sleeved cable kit ordered, but I only received the fans. Except that this time the order is shown as "Complete", even if I haven't received everything yet. Is that normal ?

Can I ask your help for another issue RAMGUY?

 

I was supposed to receive a prepaid label to return my defective H100 (ticket #6009374), but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received it yet, the Tech Support told me I needed to contact the CS for this, I sent an email to rmaservice@corsair.com (is there another mail for the CS?) a week ago and still nothing.

 

Unfortunately, calling the CS directly is not an option, my spoken english is ridiculous.:sigh!:

It would be best to call them by phone I will send them another message for you. But I would suggest calling them as well and the number is listed under 888-222-4346 on our site and if you are out side the USA you can call the toll free number using Skype for free.
