Ticket #6016644

I have not had a response yet since making this ticket "5/12/2013 7:10 AM".

All I know is that it is near enough 2 days since it was created.

 

Anyways, been having issues with my headset and cannot hear out my left hear on my Corsair Vengeance 1500. I bought it from Scan 28/05/2012 and sent in an image of a barcode which states "if removed, warranty will be void" with all the digits linked to it.

 

Would I be eligible for an (advanced) replacement? I know I would probably have to send it to the Netherlands for the replacement, and have no idea of shipping times.

If I was able to get an Advanced Replacement, would I have to send it to the USA, or Netherlands still? Also, when being charged for an Advanced RMA, is it only the price of the product?

You would just need to call the USA toll free number to arrange an advaned RMA. You would still send your defective unit to the Netherlands and as far as charges go, yes, it would be for the price of the product. I don't think they actually charge your account, but just put a hold on it for that amount. I believe you are only charged if you do not get them back in time.

Thanks for the help guys, I was accepted last week to send the RMA back and have decided to wait out instead of ordering an Advanced RMA. I have one final query:

 

The courier service I have chosen has requested a Contact Name and Telephone number in which the parcel is being delivered to, however I haven't received this type of information, only the address, and a California Telephone Number.
