STUNT
I need to buy this thing, or probably better if I make one myself, to hold my Ax1200i in that position. It just works as it seems in the picture; an L shaped piece that is mounted on the bar with 4 screws and with another 4 on the exhaust side of the PSU pointint up. Also, there are some foam tape pieces to put between the PSU and the L on the side. Do you know it´s safe for the PSU to hold it by those 4 screws? I´m afraid if the screws (or the nuts on the PSU) could break. I have an AX1200i which is about 4Kg/8.8lbs weight, the PSU on the picture is an AX1200 which is 2.5Kg/5.5lbs. Easy math xD 4kg/4 nuts = 1kg per nut, won´t it be to much strenght? Is it safe to hold the AX1200i that way? (Well, not exactly that way, I would had the intake fan on the front of the case, but still exhaust top and conections down)
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 14, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 14, 2013 Yes the PSU can be held by 4 screws and in any position but you need to make sure it has good clean cool air or it may over heat in that position. However, the AX1200i is quite heavy I would suggest some extra bracing to make sure it does not move around

Anyway I will try to ad some support under it, it feels more safe.
