The PSU defective, arrived at the address the RMA on 05/10/2013, but till date, no hearing change in the RMA ticket. Would like to take a look at what stage is my RMA? I know it was delivered in the company's system of couriers, which was shown at the address contained in the box of RMA, which was provided automatically when opening the ticket. I will send them another message for you. The Corsair came in contact, warning it would send a new PSU within 1-2 business days. Please, I sent the invoice of purchase here in Brazil along with the defective PSU. So I'm in pending to release my PSU. UPS contacted you, but still got no response.
