Sorry for my english but I will try to describe your problem and actually post the message sent to the fragment rmaservice which to this day is not any answer I get the - thing is from January and frankly I'm amazed how customers are treated corsair - that's part of the letter:

 

 

 

"Hello,

 

On 14/01/2013 I sent you an item of content Corsair 32gb memory which no longer work properly RMA # 5490695

 

 

 

After a month, I contacted you because my RMA status has not changed - the state bore the consignment has not reached you. After a long email correspondence with your employee in accordance with the recommendation I sent to you proof of postage for no VV076882787PL containing a memory stick and proof of purchase. The findings showed that your package to you even though it did not reach the website of the company that was to deliver it to you at the track It showed that it was delivered to you

 

on 18.01.2013. In accordance with the recommendation of your employees in a company that was to deliver the consignment to you I made a complaint to clarify the matter. After a thorough review of its road which went through consignment and took a check two months I received a reply that the shipment arrived to you on 18.01.2013 and the complaint was not upheld.

 

Upon receipt of a trucking company response to the complaint had contact with you. Re-attach the proof of purchase, proof of origin of the item and the shipping company's response to the complaint on its delivery to you.

 

Please consider this an urgent matter because it takes a very long time already."

 

Can anyone help me to solve my problem? I will be very grateful for any help.

Did you just send the defective stick? If you sent just the defective stick , that may be the hold up. You need to send in all sticks from the kit so you get a matched kit in return. So they may be waiting on the rest of the kit.

in the package was a non-functioning memory corsair 32gb flash and it sent it - to this day do not know what was happening to her - no one answers the messages sent to the address removed and removed - probably lost my equipment ..... already five months trying to explain it but fails. Documents of purchase, postage and receipt of parcels in the Netherlands I sent the recommendation of the employee corsair e-mail, but then no one replied to me - by e-mail I got my message read receipt by the employee corsair and that's it

And in that case I would suggest calling them by phone if you are out side the USA you can call the toll free number listed under contact using SKYPE for free.

Please check your email and spam folder our customer service told me yesterday they sent you an update

Thank you for your help RAM GUY, today I got an e-mail from Corsair Customer Service Representative, and I hope that the matter will end positively.
