Moond0g Posted May 13, 2013 Share Posted May 13, 2013 Hi I logged a ticket for a faulty AX650 on the 3rd of May, it was approved in the comments section of the ticket within a day and I have not heard anything since. A couple of days later I added a comment into the ticekt asking for RMA number and address but have not received any info. So I dont know the RMA number nor do I have an address to post the PSU to. I want to do the Advanced Replacement thing but it would cost too much to call the USA from Ireland - do you guys have a Skype\VOIP number I could call?
