Hey there,

 

I recently had to RMA my Vengeance 2000 due to the common earpiece snapping issue. The new one I received is also faulty with audio cutting out issues (this did not ever happen on the last one). I'm kind of annoyed about this, is there anything we can do so I don't have to pay $30ish shipping again (I ship from Canada)?

Have you called our customer service by phone?

I will send them another message for you but it would be best to speak with them and it does take a few days to get the shipping label.

Every support link I click from the page takes me to the support portal, I figured Corsair only did support by email/tickets?

 

If the timing is normal for the shipping label is a few days then thats ok, I didn't know that.
