The new one I received is also faulty with audio cutting out issues (this did not ever happen on the last one). I'm kind of annoyed about this, is there anything we can do so I don't have to pay $30ish shipping again (I ship from Canada)? Every support link I click from the page takes me to the support portal, I figured Corsair only did support by email/tickets?
