stickerer19
Hi guys, I tried out the Corsair SSD Toolbox and wanted to set my Overprovision from 5 to 10 GB, but the operation failed and it says that don't have any space for Overprovision any more. I tried to close all opened applications, this also didn't helped. Is there anything i can do? -Windows 7-32 -Corsair Nova 128GB2 Thanks for help, stickerer18

stickerer19
Thank you, I tried this out (i had to defragment my disk, to get space for shrinking it) and it worked perfect! So, does this mean, that my unallocated space in the disk manager, is actually the overprovision space?

Bryman
if you HAD to its okay but dont try to make it a habit its VERY VERY VEEEEERY bad for ssds to defragment it DRASTICALLY reduces life time/performance of the SSD
