RMA ticket #6014905

Recommended Posts

Hello,

As you can see from my specs I am a huge Corsair fanboy. After less than my first year with my system, my computer didn't turn on. I checked and it turns out my H100 leaked. I am from the Philippines and have logged my RMA request which has not been responded to in the last 5 days. I really hope you could help me. I don't know what to do especially with the other parts that may have been damaged. I really hope you could replace anything that was damage by the leak! I am very worried. It seems to have damaged my AX850 PSU. My graphics cards seem fine. I haven't tested my motherboard because I do not have a replacement heatsink yet. Please respond and give me an update because the downtime is really costly for me! I hope I can purchase a AX850 in the mean time with the hopes of it being reimbursed.

Thanks so much,

Mig

Hi RAMGUY,

Thanks for the response. I was getting worried.

I will send the claim form tonight. I just have a few questions. Should I send in my motherboard too? I checked the other components (graphics cards, etc) and they seem okay. But my motherboard I have yet to fully test. I just checked if the standby light lit up when connecting it to a different PSU. However, I haven't fully tested it because I don't have an extra heatsink. I'd rather send you less products because they might get damaged in shipping. Is it a good idea to send the AX850 and H100 first and then try out the motherboard once you send back a replacement? Or should I just send everything in?

Also, if ever, will my H100 be replaced by the newer model? Do you still have the same version in stock? I really prefer the original H100.

Lastly, will I need to send all the cables and accessories with the AX850 and H100? Just so I can begin removing them from my case because they're all cable managed right now.

Thanks a bunch,

Mig

The H100 is not longer available they will likely replace it with a H100i, and once you send the form into our Damage Claim department they will give you instructions on what and where to send.
