I got an RMA in to replace the fans on my H80i. This is from mid April. Since it's asking me to send that fans back and it's not required to send the fans back; what's the best way to check the true status of the RMA.

 

I know the fans weren't in stock for a while so I haven't pushed it; but should I give them a call to "remind" them? :)

you can sign in on the support page and check your order status and of course you can also call them during business hours..
