scott-s6 Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 Hi Last friday (3rd) I purchased four fans, one of which (AF120) turned out to be faulty (ticking noise, max 500rpm @ 12v, fan assembly has several mm of play relative to frame). I raised a ticket on the same day and have received no response a week later. I would very much appreciate a response regarding this. peanutz94 Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 If you just purchased them last Friday it would probably be best to try returning it to your reseller if you still can. It would certainly be faster. Normal RMA's will take between 7-10 business days to complete. Did you check your junk folder in your email? They sometimes end up there. Also have you created an account at http://corsair.force.com/? You can then log in to your support ticket to view any new info and also send further messages. Once you close the ticket we will never see it. I have changed the ticket to how a normal RMA approved the request you should have got an email to that effect.
