STUNT Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 I´m having a no response issue with the ticket 6007099 Some weeks ago I contacted tech support because I had lost a couple of cables from the AX1200i PSU and I wanted to know if I could purchase a new ones (only the lost ones, not the whole set) This are the cables I´m missing, the ones that conect the PSU to the motherboard for Corsair Link Compatibility. Big picture I can´t find the mail right now but someone from Corsair told me to register at corsair.force.com and to make a new rma ticket. So I did it on April 22th and I received a reply in a couple of days (April 25) saying that the cables will be sent out to me. Great, I didn´t had to pay for the cables neither for the shipping :eek: :biggrin: Some days later (April 29) I recived a package from Corsair but when I open it I found the Corsair link cables and the fan cables for the H100i. I added a coment on my ticket at the moment explaining the mistake and asking for an adress to return this cables (as I also have the H100i, but I don´t need any cables for it) Didin´t get any reply on that so added another couple of coments on May 3rd and May 5th. Also no reply on both of them. Sent a mail ro RMAService@corsairmemory.com on May 5th, also no respone... So here I am, hopping I get a response this time... You can find the number on the main website page at the bottom under Company>Contact. And if you are overseas, you can use skype and that makes it a free call from anywhere. EDIT: oh, you meant use skype´s free call to cal them, I misunderstood. I understand. Although I have that same problem and English is my native tongue! :P But you can only call and they are pretty good about having someone that can understand just about any language. Well, I will wait a couple of days and see if I get a response here and I guess I will need to call that number if I don´t Np, and by then they should have even responded to this thread for you. STUNT Posted June 2, 2013 Author Share Posted June 2, 2013 Hello once again... I saw an envelope on my mailbox today, it must have arrived yesterday. It was sent on May 20 from Fremont, California. The problem is there was only one cable inside.. same picture again I received the cable on the left of the picture, still missing the one on the right. @RAM GUY: please help me once again. btw, I still don´t know what do I have to do with the cables they sent me wrong the last time. STUNT Posted June 27, 2013 Author Share Posted June 27, 2013 I couldn´t call the customer service as I was with a strong bronchitis and I almost couldn´t breath, but I opened another ticket asking if replacing my dominator platinums with the lightbar upgrade kit would void the warranty (by the way; it doesn´t). Henry TS assisted me, and I asked him to take a look to my previous RMA. He told me to open a new RMA ticket asking again for the cable and he make the order to ship me the cable. A couple of days ago I received it, sorry for not updating before but I had some issues with my PC (solved now, new motherboard) I´m pretty pleased with the overall experience; it took about 2 months to get this cables but it´s also true that the RMA service has a new website and probably they had some internal issues with the new site. Also I need to remind you that it was my fault to lose the cables and I writte Corsair asking to purchase new cables, instead they decided to gave them for free and I didn´t even had to pay for the shipping. I still have no clue of what do I have to do with the H100i cables they sent me by mistake, I guess they won´t miss them, otherways they would already let me know where to send them.
