Nontech
This is probably a very silly question but it's got me stumped:confused: I have downloaded the EQ for my Corsair Vengeance 1500 but I can only access it via the USB port I used to download it. As I have four ports on my laptop, I would like to be able to use any one of them. Is there any way I can do this, please?
Toasted
When you plug it into a different USB port, Does it get detected as a headset or an Unknown Device in Device Manager?
Nontech
Hi Toasted. The headset is recognised by the laptop and work ok but there is no icon in the system tray. If I try to open the EQ, I get an error message asking me to connect the headset. Since posting yesterday, I have found that this is only a problem in one of the three available USB ports. However, any setting I make in the EQ on one port are not reflected if I change to the other.
Toasted
When you make any EQ changes, make sure you save the EQ as it may disappear on the next reboot, or when the headset is plugged into a different port. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers on the port that only has the problem? Are you using v1.7? If so, you can try v2.0.7 (V1500/V2000) and see if the same issue appears.
