Ticket #6014213

Hello,

 

Is there any chance someone from Corsair could check the status of Ticket #6014213 for me please?

Almost 3 days have passed since I submitted the Ticket and I'm still yet to receive a response.

 

I have also sent an E-Mail to the Corsair Support Email address and have had no response so far.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
