TLL
I just requested an RMA# and the address on your shipping label shows which is different from your Fremont, CA address in this thread (http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44520). Where should I send the defective product to? Another related question: Since only one of the 4 memory modules is defective, I assume I only need to send in the defective one instead of all 4 of them. Am I right? Thanks! Yellowbeard
Send all 4 modules in. You will get a matched kit of 4 in return. We don't replace single modules that are part of a kit. Send it to the address shown in Hayward. Our RMA facility is not the same building as our HQ.
TLL
OK. I thought I could still use my desktop while the defective module being replaced, but now it doesn't seem to be the case.
Yellowbeard
After you get your RMA started, you can inquire with customer service via the dialogue in your RMA and ask them about advanced replacement.
