TheKarakiri
Hi, I just bought the Corsair Vegeance 2000 and i charged it up to green. I tested it on wireless mode and it works fine. However, when I plugged it in to charge, it doesn't work anymore. I have installed all the necessary drivers from Corsair Website. When the device is plugged in, I no longer see the Corsair Vengeance 2000 option in Sounds (Playback) unlike when it is wireless; there is a 'Corsair Vengeance 2000' option. Not only that I can't access the Corsair control panel when it is plugged in. Help please. Note: It still charges fine. Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 9, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 9, 2013 Do you have a different micro-USB cable to use when charging to see if the issue persists?

Toasted
Check Device manager, Is the dongle detected under Audio? Are there any Unknown Devices? Is the blue L.E.D. flashing when its (the dongle) plugged in?
TheKarakiri
The problem is I can't see the Corsair Vegeance 2000 in the playback devices when it is plugged in. Whereas when wireless, I can see that option. I cannot open the Corsair control panel when the device is plugged in when wireless i can. Thanks. Toasted
Plug the charging cable in and then check Device Manager and see if there are any errors and to see if the Dongle has disappeared. Also check the dongle's blue L.E.D. is it flashing? Have you tried a different USB port for the Dongle and charging cable? Latest BIOS and drivers?
