corsair products and support is .......

..awesome.

 

I work with many venders both at work at the corporate level, and at home w/ my pc hobby and I know this to be a fact.

 

factors:

 

* a forum and a company employee answering questions, helping w/ RMA's.

* loyal enduser support that are not on staff but always seem to be around with helpful forum advice (peanutz94,wytnyt,etc)

* a company support program that is extremely helpful and speedy when addressing issues.

* flat out great products that you can tell the company is proud to put there name on.

 

When I was researching my system build a few months ago everything/everyone was reviewed. AMD vs Intel, amd vs nvidia, corsair vs coolermaster, msi vs asus vs gb vs etc, etc etc. I ended up getting a 650d, h100i, ax850 and vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) memory. i wasn't a fan boy when reviewing my system and when I purchased the products but I guess I am now.

 

Everything has not been perfect as I've had a few issues here and there, but i've always had a place to go for quick help and that, I promise, is not always available elsewhere.
