I have found a page at corsair.com that is called RMA status, but i must be registered to view it. I click register, then a corsair.force.com login page appears. I try to login but some error occurs. Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page. Also i can't login at corsair.com website (corsair.force.com login and password are invalid). Should i register two times (at corsair.force.com and corsair.com) or what is wrong? Also i wasn't able to register with my case/corsair.force.com email here at the forums. It says my email has been banned :sigh!: So please help me, i am totally confused with all this websites and error, i just want to be able to check my RMA status. Thank you a lot. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 8, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 8, 2013 I would suggest going to the Log in page and select forgot my password it will email you a new link to reset the password. You should have gotten a message with links to print out a shipping label along with the RMA conformation. All you would have to do is send the H70 and fans to the address specified in the RMA conformation email. And we are waiting for the failed unit to be returned before we can send the replacement. If you like you can call our customer service by phone and request an Advanced RMA. The Toll free number is listed under contact and you can call toll free using Skype if you are out side the USA. A guy from Support Team gave my a shipping label, everything is ok. And according to the tracking at my post office, the parcel is already in the Netherlands.
