What Memory do my PC3200LL Sticks have?

The sticker reads:

XMS3205v1.2

0321024

2226-T1

I'm pretty sure its not BH-5. But is it BH-6? or CH-5? I'm unsure because the timings for CH-5 are 2-3-2-6 right? But my sticker reads 2-2-2-6.

If anyone can tell me it would be great. The heatspreaders are totally stuck and i don't want to force them off.

Try running them at CAS 3... I think the -5 IC's won't do it and th -6 IC's will.

Remember, you'll have to reset your BIOS if you do this!

FYI, I think the LL's are BH-6!

thanks for the reply =). ok i set CAS 3 and its running fine, i tried a few benchmarks and stress tested for a bit with no errors.

so would this mean i got BH-6 sticks? =)

Man... it's been awhile...

Actually...

Let's see....

Ahh, found it. Wired was right. (Watch him put that in his signature...)

XMS/CMX/TwinX-PC3200LL v1.1 Winbond BH-5

XMS/CMX/TwinX-PC3200LL v1.2 Winbond CH-5

And you've definately got CH-5 IC's because the BH-5's won't do CAS 3.
