tanik1
Hi RAMGUY, is there a way to send this back without paying for shipping? This is like the 3rd times and it cost 13 bucks every time. This is going to start to add up if this keeps happening. But I am getting this noise like if something is in the pump or water tube. Like its scratching against the pump and the radiator. At first I thought it was the fans but when I tried it without the fans it was still making the noise. I had a small noise before had post about it and it wasn't that bad. Now it is worse. I am afraid it might get worse. If I have to RMA again. its going to cost me another 13 bucks which then will total almost 40bucks. Price of this water cooler will cost more than it is. peanutz94
tanik1, you should contact CS with your RMA number and let them know you have had multiple units already and would like to have the shipping charges taken care of. They will pick up the shipping on second RMA's, but they won't know unless you tell them. You can find the toll fee number on the main website page at the bottom under contact. Do you have the 3 or 4 pin fans for your cooler? The 3 pins wil lcause this issue and they are offering a 4pinPWM fan free of charge that addressed that noise. tanik1
hey peanutz94. I have the 4pins. And I do expect little to no noise. but its just getting worse. Just sounds like little pieces of something is in there. I will try to contact them and let them know and hopefully they take care of the shipping cost. And this seems to be a major problems with these water cooler. If only they would refund money back. Thanks
