Can no longer view RMA status (#5848231)

I recently asked for (and got) an RMA on my TX750 PSU. Sent it off, and delivery company reports it as delivered, but I can no longer find any way to view the RMA status...

 

Following the link in the Email takes me to a "page no longer available". I can sign into a "Corsair Portal" but there is no mention of the RMA there...

 

Can I get some assistance? It would be nice to know what is going on, at the moment I don't even know if it arrived at the right place.

 

nb. #5848231 is the RMA number...

I am sorry but the old RMA system has been shut down and cannot be access externally.

The Part was just received this morning so I would expect you will get an email with tracking on the replacement with in 24-48 Hours.

No way would we ever think that; not one of our customers! :D:

If you do not get an email in the next 48 hours with tracking information I would suggest calling our customer service and ask them to check on this for you.
