Hi Guy,

We got the PSU GS800 (CP-9020065-NA) with fan failed sistuation.

When turn on PC, fan will spin then stop -> it’s OK (smart fan feature), but fan do not spin when we turn on PC. Does this case in RMA Policy.

Thanks & best regards.

Robusta , could you please provide us with specs of the rest of your system. The fans on these PSU's do not spin until you reach about 40%load and 49c temp or any combination of the two. So depending on your system and what you are doing, you may never see the fan spin.

Is your system stable? Are you having other problems with your PC that you would make you think the PSU is faulty? Or just the fan?

Hi peanutz94,

Sorry for reply you late, i think just the fan. Because i know fan will spin when turn on PC then stop, but in this case fan do not spin when you press the power and high performance load.

Thanks so much.

Again, this may be normal for your system. But not knowing what your other hardware is it would be hard to tell if it is bad or not. Could you please fill out your system specs in the dropdown menu?

Systems today even under full load do not use the power of systems before them . Try running Prime95 and furmark at the same time and that should get the fan spinning.
