gatesmarch Posted May 3, 2013 Share Posted May 3, 2013 I built a new system for a client and he wanted Corsair parts; so, any component Corsair made, I purchased. Well, the HDD led on the I/O panel was DOA on the case. I sent an RMA and received a reply stating "You'll hear from someone within 8 hours". Mmmmmkkkkaaayyy? Still waiting after over a week. Then I tried to get the customer service number off the website, and the link to it from the home page was broken...wth?! I wanted to post here earlier today, and the technical support login was broken as well!! Wow. I submitted a new ticket 6008341 earlier today. With any luck my client will have a fully working system within 6 months. I've dealt with Antec in the past and they are worlds apart. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

gatesmarch Posted May 3, 2013 Author Share Posted May 3, 2013 It's the 200r, I made sure it was the HDD led by connecting the power led to the HDD connecter on the Motherboard an it worked fine. Your ticket's been addressed. Check your email :) No, my beard's nowhere near that length, but I am the only one in tech support that has a full beard.
