I recently ordered a replacement for my H100i's USB connector which also came with extra Fan connectors, and a Dominator Platinum Light Bar Upgrade Kit. The H100i cables arrives two days ago, but they arrived alone. The Upgrade Kit has not shown up since then, either. I tried to submit a ticket about this problem, however the e-form would not accept the part number which I copied and pasted from the Upgrade Kit page. So if you could help me submit the request to customer service, or possibly handle things for me yourselves, I'd be grateful. Thanks for your time! I actually just ordered a cane set in red against my current email both the set and the atx 24 pin but I only received the bundled cables - just curious to weather the 24 pin will be sent separately or by other means. Worried that it has been forgotten on the order! Didn't want to RMA like the chap above incase it turns up! Thanks! Unfortunately looks like I will have to ask online for help? Without talking via an email that will not take near on years to complete matters? damon69 Posted May 16, 2013 Author Share Posted May 16, 2013 The missing item showed up about 5 days after the rest of my order arrived. I am not sure why, but I suspect that FedEx dropped the ball. I apologize for not posting up after my issue was resolved. no excuse, I have simply been buried by work and family matters.
