Virtualaughing
Hello Recently got a H100i with the package fans and it is a bit confusing the cooler covers (overlap) the required connectors on the motherboard. Decided to go with the Koolance fan radiator shroud... Is there any way to remove the top mesh as i don't need it anymore? If so i may ruin the locking mechanism for the doors then i won't do it. Even i place the fans outside (top) it will be few millimeters between the radiator+mesh and the new set of fans attached to the http://koolance.com/2-x-140mm-fan-radiator-shroud-black. I know about the 240 < 280 issue i will face but prepared a slim (thin) solution for that. Also i have a new set of fans 140mm. :D A side note. I don't understand the need for such clearance between the bottom line of M/B and the PSU. i think mATX case with 3 way VGA is a bit dense. Sacrificed the required clearance for the top corsair watercooling or my Asus maximus V formula the problem? Still learning english...:D
Virtualaughing
The question remain. If i undo all the screws tht seems holding the top part, can i reach a point, where i can remove the top mesh? If i may have to undone any screws which can ruin the door locking mechanism i won't do it This is my only BUMP to the topic and i wont repeat it unless an answer Thank you :D
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 24, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 24, 2013 I'm sorry Virt but I really don't understand what parts are you referring to. If it's not too much trouble, could you provide us with some pictures of the problem you're having?
