WickedSlammy
Everytime i tried turning on the PC it clicks on, then off, then on again before stopping completely with the LED going green then goes red. Last two days it would eventually start but now it wont. Pulled it completely out and did self test, failed. RMA? Can i get a new one sent before sending mine back to avoid downtime? peanutz94
RMA? Can i get a new one sent before sending mine back to avoid downtime? Yes, and yes! Once you have filled out the online RMA form you can call CS with your RMA number and ask for an advanced replacement. There is supposed to be a way to do that when filling out your RMA form , but I'm not sure if that has bee totally implemented yet. So either way if you call them that would be the fastest way to get your PSu replaced.
WickedSlammy
Thanks! I noticed the fan never turned on, is that right? I thought maybe my system just didn't pull enough juice to get it hot enough but now I read that you can adjust the fan in the sw?

About 40% load and 49c temp before the fan will spin. And it doesn't neccessarily have to be one or the other, but can be any combination of the two depending on your system. It is controllable in the SW. You can create fixed values or your own personal fan speed curve. Are you by any chance running the self test with the cables attached to it? It will fail if there are. WickedSlammy
Nope, no cables just the power cord. Then it on and hit test, it clicks and goes red. I tried doing online rma but my part number isn't listed or recognized? So I can't complete the process
