JC531 Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 Hello Corsair forum! It's probably a little obvious I'm a new user here :biggrin: anyways I had a question regarding my RMA. Last week I sent a request and was granted an RMA to send in a faulty tx650v2. It was causing my pc to shutdown. My concern and reason for posting is to inquire about tracking my RMA. When I clicked the link in the email I was sent to track my RMA status the following message showed, IMPORTANT: This page is no longer available. For Customer Service and Technical Support, please go to http://corsair.secure.force.com. I'm worried as to why I cannot track my RMA. UPS states that my power supply was delivered (I believe it was on Monday if memory serves correct) and just wanted to know how I can check its status or when I can check it. thanx! :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
