Problem with case #5526951

Hello, I have an open support case with Corsair. I opened this case on the old corsair support website. However, as this website is apparently no longer in use, I cannot access my case in any way. I have received an email from the support team regarding my case... but it directs me to the old site. I get an error message directing me to the new website, where there is no way for me to view my open case.

You can create a new ticket in the new ticket system and give them the old case number and we'll help you out. From what I can see in the notes in the old system they're requesting that you send in the fans for the H80.
