TonySwaggeroni Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 Hello, I have an open support case with Corsair. I opened this case on the old corsair support website. However, as this website is apparently no longer in use, I cannot access my case in any way. I have received an email from the support team regarding my case... but it directs me to the old site. Administrators Technobeard Posted May 2, 2013 Administrators Share Posted May 2, 2013 You can create a new ticket in the new ticket system and give them the old case number and we'll help you out.
