xomniversex
Since the K95 will allow per-key LED programming, will it also let us bind a macro to ANY key or, like the K90, will the software be artificially limited (when in non-hardware mode at least.. I can respect theres actual -- not programmed -- limitations to doing this in hardware mode) to disallow editing regular keys? Thanks [like competing devices do -- though admittingly they lack a hardware event mode -- eg no making a macro to enter DOS commands or a Linux live CD since some driver is needed on those products.] In other words, can I bind, say, the Numlock key to perform keystroke Lctrl-Lalt-Shift+A or even just A? I know it would be child's play to program such a feature for software mode, I dont presume as to hardware mode since I havent yet taken a look at the APIs of hardware mode. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 2, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 2, 2013 Unfortunately you can only save macros or custom key bindings to the macro keys only in the same manner as the K90.

Arent we able to put what ever we want "into" the macro key ?
c0derr0r
You can re-map keys using one of the many available programs for remapping, .. they are called "Key Re-mapper Programs" just google it and you will find plenty/ You can use a key mapper program to re-map keys on your keyboard (any keyboard not just a specific brand). I have tried one of them awhile back cuz my 'A' key stopped working for some reason so i had to remap the 'A' to something else, and it worked just fine not sure about remaping one key to multiple keys though. http://lifehacker.com/5883003/the-best-key-remapper-for-windows
