ftln Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Hi Corsair, Just got of the phone with your tech support and customer service (extremely helpful by the way, impressed). I have a bizarre twin pack of sp120 qe fans with missing rubber on there screw mounts and a faulty h100i fan. I am putting out around 10 systems a week at the moment and I understand that bad batches do get through to end users sometimes.. Anyway after being put through to the Customer service rep said he would ship replacements out to me and waive me having to send in the faulty items (30 euros for every rma over to the Netherlands sometimes isn't worth the hassle for a 20 euro item). But I have just received this email telling me I have to send the items back ! Could somebody please verify this for me ? Kind Regards, Mat Thank you for contacting Corsair. ftln Posted May 3, 2013 Author Share Posted May 3, 2013 Salut Corsair, RMA #6011665 I just received my parcel this morning for replacement of my Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition PWM Twin Pack Fan (CO-9050014-WW) that both had missing rubber in the screw mounts and A faulty H100i Fan. After opening the parcel I see that you have sent me 2 x h100i fans and only 1 x sp120 which is the inverse of what should have been sent. Also the SP120 replacement is you have sent me is only a 3pin and not a 4 pin...
