darkcircuitUK
Hey all, This is my first post so be gentle (as if!). Purchased a H100 cooler over a year ago and it has been working fine (or so I thought), up till now, however the other day I noticed that one of the fans had stopped working. Did some investigation and found that on boot one of the fans would spin for about 1-2 seconds and then stop and not come back on. Long story short I did some swapping around of fans and found the following behaviour: Port 1 & 3 produced this strange 1-2 second behaviour before the fans stopped, Port 2 works fine, and Port 4 works, but the fan spins up to MAX RPM and never slows down. I am using 2 Noctua NF-F12 PWN fans and both fans work fine in port 2, however behaviour does seem a little erratic at best. After replacing the fans and seeing the same behaviour with the stock Corsair fans, I decided to open an RMA and get a express replacement. Well I opened the ticket 7 days ago, I received 1 response stating that they would RMA it and need my credit card details for an express RMA, I replied back on the 25th asking how they would like to take my card details, and since I've heard zip, nothing in 5 days. I was lead to believe that the RMA process should be fairly fast and pain free. Am I being too impatient or is this an example of bad service? P.S. My ticket # is 6006976

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 1, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 1, 2013 I was lead to believe that the RMA process should be fairly fast and pain free. Am I being too impatient or is this an example of bad service? You are not being impatient and I would like to apologize for the late response. It is best to call our customer service to set up an express RMA. They should be able to get your CC info over the phone rather than through email. darkcircuitUK
Come on Corsair, the reason I buy Corsair products is because I heard about your amazing service, sure seems like Corsair has fallen a long way in the last few months. Please could someone let me know how I can get my RMA sorted and get a replacement cooler shipped please?
