Extreme slow service by Distributor

I would like to complain the slow and extreme lousy service by your local distributor "Cudo Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd.".


I bought my stuff from a local seller in Kuching on february 2012 and i first make my first corsair claim was a vengence mouse m90 on october 2012 thru local seller. They told me it will take around 2-3 weeks. But it end up taking a month for it to be replace with a new one. :mad: what a good service after i keep chasing for it.


On 3rd march 2013, my poor mouse need to be send for another claim again due to the same problem with the first one. With it is a 4gb ram from vengence series. So now 2 things send for claim. They told me, 2-3 weeks to claim and they promise it will not go over until a month to claim.


Guess what ... :mad: after weeks of chasing and calling them, they finally replace my mouse :laughing: with their own stock on 2nd April 2013. they mention to me that the so called Distributor has yet to get it replace. And as for the ram, they found that it got problem but yet to get it replace too but the local seller don't have the ram to replace for me. So i guess it soon be fast to get it claim as the problem is known.


After chasing thru the phone until 23rd April 2013, the local seller told me that it is getting a replacement from the distributor and it will be reach Kuching by 29th April 2013 thru its employee. :mad: 23 to 29 is around 6 days, wtf they can't send it over by courier i ask them. finally he call the distirbutor to send it over by courier and will inform me when it arrived which should be in 2-3 days time.


I wait and wait until today (30th April 2013), i go over directly and ask them to check for my replacement. :mad: they tell me, no yet received and help me check with the distributor. Distributor told them it will arrived next friday (10th May 2013) :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:


This is super mad. :mad::mad::mad:


I call to the seller's service department to complain, they can only say sorry as the Distributor "Cudo Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd." has not send the things over.


This kind of service is extreme lousy and poor. How came we have confident in your product where your service is super slow. Overall my mouse warranty period should be 22 months warranty and not 2 years warranty as 2 months be use for slow warranty claim. It was from the seller's service department that there are some got even longer which 1 example , claim since january 2013 until now still no yet get its replacement.

I am from Malaysia. According to the seller, they send over the item with other item to be claim under the service order:1025-130412104041 to the distributor. i am still to get the actual rma for this report.

Thanks for the information and I am sorry that you had an issue. I have sent an email to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager for that area and asked them to see if there was anything that could be done to help in this situation. I am sure you are aware of the time difference so I do not expect a reply for at least 16 hours but will let you know if I hear any news.
