Corsair h100i and corsairlink problems

Hello,

When I bought the h100i and installed into my new build it was not recognized. So I read some threads about the "two usb's in the motherboard" problem. I took out another usb device and the system saw the h100i properly. When I opened corsairlink it still was not seen. I uninstalled and re installed corsairlink, downgraded to an older version, and also tried plugging the usb into the back with a wire i found lying around. Still nothing so I came here. Any suggestions?

Note that the h100i is working fine and keeping my cpu cooled.

Go to Devices and Printers in Control Panel. Do you see "Integrated USB Bridge" listed? Make sure there are no errors.

Make sure the service is running, its called "CorsairLINK Hardware Monitor" it should be listed in Task manager, If not restart it by going to the LINK install folder and double click it.

Please go to Device manager and see if there is an Exclamation mark in or on one of the devices. If there is anything listed remove it and refresh the Computer Icon. If it just comes back remove it again and restart the system. If that does not solve it I would request an RMA and let me know the case number I will have them replace the USB dongle for you.

Hi

I have exactly same darn problem. Just bought new H100i even with PWM fans (4 pin) but there is no way to get this SW to work. It shows no errors but CorsairLINK software cant find it. I even removed front USB and changed ports, no luck. Removed all data from registry and appdata, still no luck.

I have also problem with bit noisy tractor sounded pump... Also it runs on ~2360RPM.

Please request an RMA and let me know the case number I will be happy to get the Link module replaced for you. But please make sure that you have all of the USB driver installed for the specific O.S. you have installed. I have seen a few of the newer MB's that the internal USB 2.0-m Ports will not function properly till you have the correct USB 3.0 driver installed.

Hey RAM GUY, I reinstalled my USB 3.0 drivers and no luck still (already had newest version available). I also made RMA ticket No. 6012607.

Forgot to mention that I also updated chipset etc drivers as well.
