esg900
Hello, I had the repeating key issue before I updated my keyboard's firmware to 1.31 (or whatever the most current one is). It has been plugged into a usb slot at the back of my motherboard, and now I am getting the double input problem (type o, might see oo) in various programs. It's no longer usable for me at this point, as a student who uses their keyboard to type numerous papers. What is the best course of action for me? I am not interested in paying to RMA, or going a month without a keyboard. Thank you
Toasted
Reflash the firmware and see if that helps. Try the keyboard on another computer and see if it does the same thing.
esg900
I've reflashed the firmware several times, and it does the same thing on my other computer.
Toasted
You'll need to request an RMA to replace the keyboard.
