jucca
Hi all. I've upgraded last week my H50 to H70, but found the pump is very noise. This is video from my 800D, is this normal? My old H50 was waaaay to quite.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 6, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 6, 2013 I would suggest that you take that unit back to your reseller and see if you can swap it out for a new one. Otherwise, you can get it replaced via our RMA process. You can start by using the link on the left to submit an RMA request.
jucca
They already said me its not posible to return to them, as it is normal to be loud like this. I didn't turned my computer for a 10 days, because its really iritating to be in same room like computer. Thanks for RMA advice, but do I need to send back my "old" pump? As it will cost a fortune to send it from Croatia. I'm really starting to be dissapointed in Corsair. First I had issues with my 800D hotswaps, then with RAM, now with H70. Whats hapening Corsair?!? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 10, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 10, 2013 Are you certain that none of the fans is hitting something like a wire? because if that noise is really coming from the pump then that is not normal in which case I'd suggest that you get it replaced. Submit an RMA request and let me know the ticket # and I'll see what I can do in terms of posting the unit.
