Baggy2014
Hi there i just received this new headset today and tested it a Little the sound quality is brilliant when listening to music and that but the only problem with that is when i try to watch video on YouTube and videos on my computer it buzzes like when a old TV doesn't have a Chanel it goes all through the video. And one more about the sound is goes out of signal when i go half through my house and its only 10ft i thought it goes upto 40ft wireless. About the mic it makes a weird noise when i try the record a video or when talking to my mates through Skype or when gaming here is the sample of the noise of the mic http://vocaroo.com/i/s1ttIabqunyC and i have only had the product for a day.My computer is silent with corsair fans. Sorry how long does it take to charge? plus does it come up with a green light when fully done. Hopefully you can help me can people only reply if you have had this problem with these headsets and managed to fix it. I have updated the driver. I have tried plugging into different usb ports. My bios is up to date and now it fully charged the blue light still flashes is it supposed to do that.
Toasted
Turn down the volume for the video, it should minimize the buzzing noise. The headset takes about 3-4 hours to charge. Yes, a green light will stay solid which indicates the headset is fully charged. The flashing blue light means the headset is on.

Toasted
Contact your seller and ask if they can replace the headset for you. If not, request an RMA to replace it.
